Short Description

The Business Analyst (BA) team within Integrated Risk Management Center plays a pivotal role in the success of the organization, bridging the gap between the development, design and product management teams. This role is ideal for candidates eager to grow in Data, AI and Cloud within Risk Management in the banking industry.

He/she will be responsible for preparing business & technical requirement documents in assigned projects in Risk division such as: Fraud Management System, CAR calculation system, IFRS9 Provision calculation. The BA also collaborate with various technology and business teams to groom detailed requirement for development teams to execute. The BA team is a key team player, problem solver and detail-oriented professional.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the requirement from high-level concepts to detailed, ensuring business requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications.
• Support stakeholders in identifying potential AI/ML use cases (e.g. fraud detection, anomaly detection) and assist in translate them into business requirements.
• Build and maintain BRD / Feature List / SRS documents (including Business / Technical Use Case, Functional / Non Functional Requirements) in daily basis; contribute to define Business Case, Request for Proposal (RFP) if any request.
• Work with Product Owner in Product Backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to project schedules.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
• Basic understanding of Cloud Computing & AI/ML concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build relationships with the scrum team(s) you are part of.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast paced work environment
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and ability to query data.
• Experience in Business Intelligence project, proficient in BI software (e.g: PowerBI, Tableau, DevExpress, Excel…).
• Good at English, professional working style, and a can-do attitude

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in Finance/Banking domain is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud-based or AI/ML-related projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Risk Management domain (Fraud, Credit Risk, IFRS9) is preferred.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of responsive web design principles.
