Phát triển hệ thống Quản lý Hạn mức Tín dụng Tập trung (Centralized Limit Management System) của ngân hàng — hệ thống đóng vai trò Single Source of Truth cho toàn bộ thông tin hạn mức tín dụng, phục vụ kiểm tra hạn mức realtime, đồng bộ dư nợ near real-time từ nhiều hệ thống nguồn, và cung cấp API cho các hệ thống nghiệp vụ trong ngân hàng.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS:

  • Bridge the gap between business unit (BU) requirements and the to-be-developed system; collaborate with Enterprise Architects (EA) and vendors to design the target architecture for Collection systems, integration architecture, and data flow.
  • Maintain the product backlog and organize sprints.
  • Guide BUs in composing BRDs, defining business processes, and optimizing product logic.
  • Work with selected vendors and Solution Architects (SA) to prepare FSDs/SRSs within the committed timeline.
  • Consolidate business analysis and system documentation such as User Guides, Data Dictionaries, etc.

2. DEVELOPMENT

  • Collaborate with BU and Operations teams to build system operation procedures and define SLAs.
  • Support PDs, PMs, IT PMs, and SAs with project execution activities.
  • Participate in assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.

3. MONITOR & EVALUATE

  • Manage changes during BAU phase from initiation to implementation (act as mini PM for change requests).
  • Monitor and assess system readiness and adaptability to new or changing business requirements.

4. IMPROVE

  • Research new banking products and processes, focusing on specific domains like Finance services, Collection, etc...
  • Analyze and propose feasible solutions to meet business requirements, including effort estimation.
  • Clarify business processes and rules; identify automation opportunities and make rules understandable for developers.

5. TRAIN & SUPPORT

  • Provide consultation and support to end-users and BUs for issues or inquiries related to implemented business processes.
  • Conduct internal training and prepare guidelines for team members on system capabilities and operations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by managers or directors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
  • Experience in IT/finance for 8-10 years, with a particular banking domain for at least 5 years
  • Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
  • Understand how to write a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes
  • Experience in using case tool for analyzing and modeling
  • Working with particular systems in banking domain (such as Bank products workflow, Collateral Mgmt, Document management, etc...)
  • An in depth understanding of the software and application your customers/employees are using
  • Strong capabilities in working with AI assisted tool is highly valued: Claude/Opencode/Google Antigravity/Cursor/Kiro etc..
  • Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation
  • Business application life cycle experience
  • System development life cycle skills
  • Working knowledge of applications being supported
  • Working knowledge of platform and technologies supporting the business application
  • Budget planning and management expertise
