Yêu cầu công việc

1. Risk Project & Portfolio Management
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of key risk management initiatives (e.g., Basel, IFRS, risk reporting, transformation programs)
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and interdependencies
• Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities
• Oversee the risk project portfolio, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation

2. Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Coordination
• Act as the central coordination hub across RMD’s centers and departments
• Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders
• Manage interdependencies, facilitate issue resolution, and escalate critical matters to senior management when required
• Coordinate with external vendors/partners as part of project execution (where applicable)

3. Executive Reporting & Decision Support
• Prepare high-quality management reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for CRO/ExCo
• Provide concise and insightful updates on project progress, key risks, and issues
• Support decision-making through structured analysis, clear recommendations, and timely escalation
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance quality of all materials submitted to senior management

4. Division Level – Organization, Budget & Workforce Planning
• Support CRO in organization design and optimization of the RMD operating model
• Coordinate headcount planning aligned with strategic priorities and project pipeline
• Consolidate and monitor budget utilization; provide recommendations for cost optimization
• Act as the focal point with HR and Finance to ensure alignment between organization structure, staffing, and budget

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Economics, or Business Administration
• Professional certifications preferred (not mandatory): PMP

2. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise
• Familiarity with portfolio governance for strategic risk initiatives, particularly in transformation or regulatory-driven environments

3. Skills

• Portfolio oversight

4. Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in banking or risk management, including cross-functional coordination roles
• Experience working with senior management or involvement in Board-level reporting is an advantage

5. Required Competencies
• Enterprise thinking and end-to-end ownership (not limited to sub-function silos)
• Influence-based leadership (ability to lead without formal authority)
• Strong governance mindset and discipline in quality assurance
• Ability to maintain stability in high-pressure or time-critical risk situations
• Maturity to challenge constructively and uphold governance integrity
