- Operate the system as assigned
- Check, monitor, and operate the system to ensure stable and continuous operation
- Coordinate with domestic and foreign partners and units to handle system-related issues
- Design and develop system changes requested by BU and analyzed by SA/BA
- Ensure system features and code comply with enterprise architecture and meet information security standards—including coding, documentation, architecture, and user training—in collaboration with related teams
- Participate in incident and issue investigation and resolution according to the committed SLA
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT teams to develop enhancements or fix issues
- Participate in other tasks and projects as requested by the Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or University graduate, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect – Associate, SysOps Administrator) are a plus but not mandatory
- Have knowledge of IT systems in the fields of Finance–Banking (core banking, payment, lending, card systems, data warehouse…).
- Development experience is preferable (basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, API, microservices…).
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM).
- Have knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL (Redshift, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle…); ability to write queries for troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring and operational tools . For example: CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, ELK, Zabbix.
- Have knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancer, Firewall, VPN, Direct Connect).
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts: CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automation scripts.
- Ability to read logs, analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Experience working with ITSM systems (Jira/ServiceNow/Remedy) for incident, problem, and change management.
- Knowledge of high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and backup/restore procedures.
- Ability to read logs, analyze issues, and coordinate problem resolution with relevant teams.
- At least 3 years of experience in the development, operation, and management of systems in the finance and banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of data management systems, especially MS SQL; ability to perform basic tuning and troubleshoot query-related issues.
- Ability to work under high pressure, monitor systems continuously, and quickly troubleshoot incidents to ensure stability and availability.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English, including cloud architecture, system specifications, and troubleshooting guides. ·
- Ability to operate and manage multiple systems simultaneously in a fast-paced banking environment
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Ability to write and maintain operational documentation.
- Proficient in Python scripting and basic knowledge of Shell
