Center Head of Retail Risk Managment- Ho Chi Minh

Job Description:

  • Credit performance, NPL (non-perfoming loan) and provisioning projections based on Annual Sales Budget
  • Capacity planning and cost projections for Credit Operations (Credit Initiation and Collection)
  • Stress test, Simulations and Cost-Benefit Analysis for Credit Operations
  • Prepare and update Risk Management Policy, Product Programs and Credit Operations Manuals
  • Design and produce portfolio quality reports, Credit Operation MIS, Fraud MIS and other dashboards
  • Monitor and improve fraud risk control activities
  • Monitor and improve collection efficiency

Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate (MBA/CA) preferred
  • Academic qualifications in Analytical disciplines - preferred (eg Economics, Quantitate Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial, Physics, Engineering etc)
  • Professional / International Risk Management Organizations Memberships/Qualifications – preferred 
  • Expert in English: Reading, Listening, Writing & Speaking.
  1. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise:
  • Wide range of Retail Banking Products (Secured and Unsecured), specifically: Managed a portfolio of at least $ 3.0 Billion + experienced both in secured & unsecured products (the more the better of products)
  • Data Analytics
  • Credit Risk policy
  • Credit underwriting and
  • Collections Management
  • Risk Modelling (Preferred)
  1. Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
  2. Relevant Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management in Retail Banking
  • At least 3 years experience as Head or deputy Head of Retail Risk for a portfolio > $3.0 B or at least 5 years of experience in managerial positions. Experience as CRO/Deputy CRO is preferred.
  • Nice to have experience in working in Asia (MORE than one country) and specifically in developing countries across Retail Banking
  • Some experience in Vietnam Market (Preferred)
