Các trách nhiệm chính

Directly support in completing the following tasks:

1a. Develop action plans related to data architecture, and related strategic initiatives.

1b. Build and approve operating procedures, accompanying professional documentation for data reporting service products

Fulfill the role of the main lead in the execution of:

2b. Propose target data architecture for specific requirements (CR/Projects) - design phase at Logical/Physical levels.

2c. Collaborate with internal EDA teams and related units during the implementation of relevant data initiatives (CR/Projects) - deployment phase.

2d. Provide periodic/ad-hoc consultations to the leadership regarding technology trends related to Data to choose suitable solutions for VPBank.

2e. Design the target AI architecture for VPBank and the Ecosystem, covering the ML platform, feature store, model registry, model serving, GenAI/LLM services, vector stores and retrieval (RAG), prompt and context management.

2f. Design and govern the AI Agent platform: agent orchestration, multi-agent workflows, tool/skill hub and registry, MCP client/server and gateway patterns, memory and state management, human-in-the-loop controls, and integration with core banking, channel and third-party systems.

2g. Define MLOps/LLMOps and AIOps standards: model and agent lifecycle, CI/CD for models and prompts, golden/evaluation datasets, evaluation and benchmarking, monitoring for drift, hallucination, latency and cost, and rollback procedures.

2h. Apply AI risk and governance controls by design: data privacy and consent, PII masking, access control, prompt and output guardrails, audit trail and explainability, model risk management, and compliance with Vietnamese AI/data regulations and internal policies.

2i. Assess and select AI technologies and vendors (cloud AI services, GPU capacity, LLM providers, agent frameworks), run fit/gap analysis, size infrastructure and estimate total cost of ownership.

        Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience

2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có

       Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse...)
  • Proficient in data management, data governance, data integration, and database development techniques
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, including techniques such as 3NF Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault Modeling, No-SQL Modeling
  • Proficiency in various database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Hadoop...)
  • Advanced understanding of data processing technologies (e.g., ETL/ELT technologies, data exploration languages like Spark/Python/Scala...)

4. Các kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 07 years in data management/administration/data architecture/reporting/analysis/machine learning, including at least 02 years designing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing data solutions
  • Practical experience in implementing data management and analysis programs
  • Experience with data warehouses, data modeling, and/or data analysis
  • Analytical and multidimensional problem-solving skills, maximizing benefits for the organization
  • Collaborative deployment and management of technology partners
  • Continuous improvement and optimization of processes and systems.
