• Designing, defining, and validating accounting rules (General Ledger - GL mapping from Core to Accounting system) for new products.
• System UAT, bug fixing, product testing.Pilot & launch support.
• Daily reconcile GL's Accounting system and Core, investigate the gap and fix the gap.
• Daily reconcile premium collection with OP, investigate the gap and fix the gap.
• Daily reconcile premium and invoice, investigate the gap and fix the gap.
• Reserve booking and verification.Reinsurance booking and reconciliation.
• Commission and compensation verifying & booking.
• Claim reconcillation.
• UL account value reconcillation with Actuary & Investment fund transfer verification.
• Reconciliation of Core GL vs. Accounting system GL/ suspense / payables.
• Control suspense, agency, banca payable, client payable.
• Control commission outstanding.Monthly & regulatory reporting (MOF, management).
• UL report.
• Develop SUN phase 2.
• Working with Auditor.SOP preparation.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• Knowledge of life insurance and accounting operations.
• Experience in system implementation and large data management.
• Understanding of VAS, IFRS, taxation and financial reporting.
• Team management and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, VBA, SQL, Excel and Power Query.
