Trách nhiệm công việc

1. Infrastructure Automation & CI/CD (40%)

• Thiết kế và triển khai CI/CD pipelines tự động hóa các thay đổi hạ tầng IT.

• Tự động hóa quản lý và triển khai cấu hình network devices (switch, router, load balancer).

• Xây dựng quy trình tự động quản lý firewall rules, security policies.

• Phát triển và duy trì golden images cho servers, VMs và containers.

• Tự động hóa provisioning, configuration management, backup, restore và disaster recovery cho hệ thống IT.

2. Infrastructure as Code – IaC (25%)

• Phát triển và duy trì IaC scripts bằng Terraform và Ansible.

• Quản lý version control cho infrastructure code thông qua Git.

• Xây dựng reusable modules, templates cho các thành phần hạ tầng.

• Đảm bảo infrastructure code tuân thủ best practices và security standards.

• Tối ưu hóa quy trình infrastructure deployment.

3. DevOps & Platform Engineering (20%)

• Triển khai và vận hành Kubernetes clusters cho containerized applications.

• Quản lý và cấu hình Jenkins cho CI/CD automation.

• Quản lý secrets và credentials bằng HashiCorp Vault.

• Vận hành Nexus Repository cho artifact management.

• Xây dựng hệ thống monitoring & alerting với Grafana, Prometheus và tối ưu DevOps toolchain.

4. AI/ML Integration (10%)

• Tích hợp AI/ML models vào quy trình automation để tối ưu vận hành.

• Phát triển intelligent automation workflows và predictive analytics cho capacity planning và performance optimization.

• Nghiên cứu và triển khai các giải pháp AIOps.

5. Application Development & Data Management (5%)

• Phát triển internal tools, web applications phục vụ automation workflows.

• Xây dựng dashboards, reporting interfaces.

• Thiết kế, quản lý databases và tích hợp APIs, web services.

Yêu cầu công việc

Trình độ

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học Máy tính, Điện tử Viễn thông hoặc ngành liên quan.

Kinh nghiệm

• 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Network Engineering, System Administration hoặc DevOps.

• Có kinh nghiệm triển khai automation projects và CI/CD pipelines trong môi trường doanh nghiệp (ưu tiên ngân hàng/tài chính).

Kỹ năng chuyên môn

Automation & IaC

• Thành thạo Python cho automation scripting.

• Kinh nghiệm với Ansible, Terraform và GitOps workflows.

DevOps Tools

• Kinh nghiệm triển khai Kubernetes, Jenkins.

• Quản lý HashiCorp Vault cho secrets management.

• Sử dụng Grafana/Prometheus cho monitoring.

• Kinh nghiệm với Nexus Repository hoặc Artifactory.

Network & Infrastructure

• Kiến thức vững về TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs.

• Kinh nghiệm cấu hình thiết bị Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet.

• Hiểu biết về firewall management, load balancers và application delivery controllers.

Development

• Có khả năng phát triển full-stack applications.

• Kinh nghiệm với Django, Flask, FastAPI hoặc Node.js/React.

• Hiểu biết về RESTful APIs, microservices và database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

AI/ML

• Hiểu biết cơ bản về machine learning và tích hợp AI/ML vào production systems.

• Kinh nghiệm với TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn là lợi thế.
