Implement the necessary leadership and management to enable direct and indirect subordinates to achieve the goals of EDA and the bank.
• Develop staff and head-count plans, human resource allocation.
• Work in collaboration with HR to develop recruitment, training, succession planning, career development roadmap, recognition employees, performance management for employees in EDA.
- Attracting, developing and retaining key performers and improving employee satisfaction
Corporate Culture
• Act as a role model in building corporate culture. Ensure the correct and full implementation of corporate culture implementation plans; Employees understand and apply consistently corporate cultural values, behavioral standards of VPBank.

Business Management
General Operations Management:
• Implement leadership and business management, direct the activities of the Division
• Monitor the development and implementation of appropriate strategic initiatives to enhance market competitiveness and achieve short- and long-term growth and profit objectives.
Successful achievement of Data Analytics targets & Development goals:
• Lead the design of the overall data architecture and ensure its consistency with the management framework throughout the development of the entire ecosystem data system, identify new types, forms, and sources of data to support business innovation throughout the organization.
• Lead comprehensive management of end-to-end data flow for integration, storage, process of data in end-to-end data pipelines for integration, storage, and processing of data: Develop and maintain controls for data quality, interaction ability, and sources to effectively manage the company's data usage and analysis-related risks.
• Lead the management of the readiness, accessibility, and distribution of system-wide data as a product: Manage data, exploit data for in-depth research and analysis to maximize profitability on data assets.
• Lead the application and promotion of AI/ML technology in the banking industry
- Design and implement predictive analytics and optimization analytics for business and operations units, using data science and machine learning techniques.
- Package models, APIs, and develop intuitive tool systems with the aim of providing advanced analysis solutions to units.
- Partner with business and operations units to correspondingly support the development of AI strategies with the overall goal of achieving business/operational objectives.
• Develop methods to ensure consistency and suitability of analysis results in practical business decisions.
• Promote a data-driven decision-making culture and enhancing understanding of data across the bank.
• Manage, monitor the implementation, and adjusting policies and data management to meet legal and information security requirements.
• Coordinate IT, Infrastructure Management reporting (data model, business metadata, data mart, BI).
• • Provide regular/ad-hoc BI reports & analytics to support decisions making
Compliance and risk management
• Monitor the compliance with internal and external policies.
• Supervise the application of limits and risk management procedures in accordance with the Bank's regulations from time to time
