Our vision is to transform VPB into a data led organization by providing the data platform and data products to provide ability to consistently analyze, report and query information to make timely decisions using standardized Enterprise Data & Analytics applications capabilities; enable data and analytics driven culture at VPB through stable and flexible architecture that supports sourcing of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data & tools; meet future regulatory, strategic and operational data management requirements by enhancing the current data management capabilities.

As the Data Architect, he/she will use his/her specialist skills and knowledge to research, propose, consult, and implement technological solutions, planning, optimize requirements, and develop features for data systems (Data Lake/Data Warehouse/Data Integration...), administrative service platforms, and data analysis of VPBank and its Ecosystem. Directly participate in supporting solution design (Solution architecture), POC/Pilot features for data & analytics areas, as well as supporting data architecture for strategic projects that require data analysis from descriptive, diagnostic to predictive, prescriptive.

Directly support in completing the following tasks:

1a. Develop action plans related to data architecture, and related strategic initiatives.

1b. Build and approve operating procedures, accompanying professional documentation for data reporting service products

Take on the main role in executing:

2a. Propose target data architecture for specific requirements (CR/Projects) - Logical/Physical design phase

2b. Coordinate with internal teams in the EDA block as well as relevant units during the implementation of data-related initiatives (CR/Projects) - Deployment phase

Indirectly support in completing the following tasks:

2c. Propose target data architecture standards for VPBank (Enterprise Data Architecture) - Conceptual design phase

2d. Regularly/Ad-hoc consult with the leadership team on technology trends related to Data for selecting suitable solutions for VPBank.

Indirectly support in completing the following tasks:

3a. Establish a mechanism for quality control. Monitor the approval of task execution results.

4a. Measure and continuously improve processes and labor productivity efficiency of the team

Fulfill the role of the main lead in the execution of:

5a. Build development, delegate tasks, and manage the professional team on

• Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and/or data analysis
• Multidimensional problem analysis and solving, maximizing benefits for the organization
• Collaborate and manage technology partners
• Improve, optimize processes and systems. 
• Strong knowledge of data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse...)
• Proficient in data management, data governance, data integration, and database development techniques
• Proficient in data modeling, including techniques such as 3NF Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault Modeling, No-SQL Modeling
• Proficient in various database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Hadoop...)
