Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end internal transformation initiatives across Retail Banking  

  • Design and develop operating models, processes, KPI frameworks, and governance structures to support transformation programs  

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Head Office, Business Units, Operations, IT, etc.) to ensure aligned and effective execution  

  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines and milestones, and ensure delivery against agreed objectives  

  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout project execution  

  • Design and implement performance tracking frameworks, including productivity, cost, and operational efficiency metrics  

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives  
  • Drive change management activities, including communication, training, and operational guidelines  

  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates to management  

  • Ensure all initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities, internal policies, and standards 

Job Requirement

1.Educational Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field 

2.Relevant Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/financial services  

  • At least 3 years in Project Management, Transformation, or Process Optimization roles  

  • Experience in internal transformation programs, operational improvement, or performance management initiatives is preferred  

  • Experience in large-scale, cross-functional program delivery is an advantage 

 

3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise 

  • Strong understanding of banking operating models (front–middle–back)  

  • Experience in designing or improving processes, operating models, and governance frameworks  

  • Familiar with internal business tools (CRM, SPM, dashboards, reporting systems…)  

  • Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
