• General accounting: Opex; Payroll/ Social insurance/ Other contribution and benefits; Accruals & prepayments follow up with other department and booking; Bank/ AR/ AP matching reconciliation;
• Fixed asset register/ updated/ depreciation …
• Internal, statutory, group’s reports.Internal, External Audit.
• SOP update / maintenance/ update accounting policy.
• Build and testing Auto - Payment systems.Verifying/ checking.
• SUN system set up & testing for new product interface.Tax management (VAT/ CIT/ PIT/ FCT/ E Invoices).
• Follow up marketing costs and gift to clients.
• Control inventories.
• Payment and Investment accounting.
• Cash flow management.
• Prepare fund splitting reports.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• Knowledge of life insurance and accounting operations.
• Experience in system implementation and large data management.
• Understanding of VAS, IFRS, taxation and financial reporting.
• Team management and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, VBA, SQL, Excel and Power Query.
