Yêu cầu công việc

 

  • Make sure that IT office equipment and office services are working and available, all request from users are processed within agreed SLAs
  • To forecast demand for office equipment, services, software and licenses to make sure supply is delivered when needed.
  • Manage, operate to assure the availability of terminal at units in bank including: equipment related to terminal user, equipment in conference room.
  • Manage, setup devices in HO building, branches..
  • Take responsibility of making KRI report about IT infrastructure at the bank ‘s branches ( PC, Server, Network)
  • Operation, deployment, and maintenance of the wide area network (WAN), including network devices and transmission channels to serve the connectivity needs of all branches, ATMs/CDMs, LANs (branches, buildings), and Wireless within the scope of the bank
  • Take responsibility of quality and service using, maintain and improve based on opinion of periodical customer.
  • Improve service quality continuously, assure that user support is executed quickly, effectively, truthy, correctly and friendly.
  • Manage vendors, services quality of vendors/other service providers and take full responsibility on their services.
  • Manage outsourcing vendor to check the manually installation of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) application
  • Research and propose solutions for managing user devices as well as initiatives to improve and enhance the quality of user support services at the bank

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • University degree or higher and trained and experienced in information technology and software testing
  • CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent Cisco network administration certification
  • Experience in PC, domain, LAN, WAN, ITIL, SCCM, server, Network …
  • Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts.
  • Soft skills: team work, communication, negotiation, …
  • Office skills: Microsoft word, excel,…
  • At least 3 years working as IT support, vendor management, procedure management.
  • Understanding of bank business processes and constraints.
  • Knowing some kind of relationship databases.
