Key Accountabilities 1
Product Committee Secretariat
Support the Product Committee Secretariat in managing end-to-end product governance, approval and post-approval activities, including:
- Receive, review and control product proposals from Business Units to ensure completeness, soundness and compliance with product governance requirements; coordinate and consolidate feedback from relevant functions and ensure key issues are adequately addressed before submission to the Product Committee or delegated approval authority.
- Support preparation of meeting materials, voting documents, meeting minutes, resolutions and action tracking, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Coordinate and follow up on periodic/pilot/ad-hoc product reviews
- Maintain and monitor Product Committee decisions, approval conditions, follow-up actions
- Support bank-wide product tree management (product hierarchy, product codes,…)
- Prepare periodic management reports on Product Committee activities, SLA/TAT, product performance, post-approval compliance and key product issues.
- Provide day-to-day Q&A and advisory support to Business and Supporting Units on product development, approval and management process.

Product Governance Framework & Policies
- Develop and maintain a bank-wide product performance dashboard as a single source of truth for product business, financial and risk performance.
- Integrate and monitor key business, financial and risk indicators at product level, with a roadmap toward daily/real-time data updates.
- Provide independent, data-driven product insights and management views to support Product Committee and management decision-making on product continuation, modification, enhancement, suspension or closure.
Other Accountabilities
Digital Solutions & Process Optimization
- Participate in the design and implementation of digital solutions to optimize product governance, including product approval workflows, product code management and real-time product tree management, with the objective of improving governance efficiency and reducing product time-to-market.
- Coordinate with IT and relevant stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, including BRD development, solution review, UAT, deployment, user guidance and post-implementation enhancement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economics, Risk Management, or related major.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, preferably in Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Product Development, Finance or related functions.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Good Excel/data analysis, PowerPoint/Outlook skills; experience with Power BI, SQL or workflow/data tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to review information from multiple functions, identify key issues and formulate clear recommendations.
- Basic understanding of banking products, product approval processes and credit/risk management; proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new products, regulations, risk methodologies and digital tools.
- Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills;
- FRM, CFA, PRM will be an advantage.
