We are looking for experienced senior professionals to lead key functional workstreams during the build stage, reporting to the Project Director, and helping establish the capabilities, operating model and teams required for future scale.

Key Tasks

• Develop and implement risk strategies and policies for the initiative.
• Lead data-driven credit, fraud, AML and operational risk assessment and management.
• Establish risk framework, governance and controls for new digital products and services.
• Partner with business, technology and compliance to enable safe and compliant growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing risk team.

Requirements & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in banking, fintech or digital lending.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, fraud prevention, AML/CFT and operational risk.
• Experience in data analytics, modelling and automated decisioning.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and risk governance.
