• Involve in BRD/SRS/Design stage, understand the requirement & requirement specification to clear expectation for quality requirement.
• Creating processes, procedures, testing strategy & test scenarios for functional and stress testing of database/reporting.
• Coordinates with other team members to maintain delivery schedule of quality products.
• Participate in testing the projects of Domain, centers and Division for components that related to integration
• Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/team about capabilities of new technology/systems
• Work with Development team do SIT – Software integration test
• Work with Development team do Performance test
• Support BU to do UAT
• Managing and executing Testing ( including delivery results of test such as test status, reports)
• Automated Regression testing
• Non-functional testing: monitoring
• Verify Data in the Production environment after go-live/periodic

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information system, business administration/ Banking and Finance, or equivalent work is required
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Strong knowledge of data testing concepts, including data validation and reconciliation
• Automation-first mindset with good understanding of test automation concepts, frameworks, and best practices (especially for data, UI and API testing) (is a plus, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with applying automation testing in test environments
• Understanding of test design techniques (e.g., Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Table)
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, CMMI)
• Understanding of defect lifecycle and QA best practices
• Familiarity with test environments and QA tools, including test management systems and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL for data validation
• Basic understanding of API and client-server architecture
• Knowledge of QA deliverables and documentation standards (e.g., Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases)
• An understanding of bank business processes and constraints
• Be careful, responsible, self-discipline and confidentiality of bank data
• Analyze requirements (BRD, SRS) and clarify with BA/PO
• Design test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Execute testing (functional, regression, integration, system)
• Log defects, track progress, and verify fixes
• Report test results and ensure release quality
• Ability to capture the industry, implementation of scientific work.
• Strong knowledge and ability to using test tool, test environments (e.g. Jira, Confluent, Automation tests, SoapUI, Postman, JMeter)
• Leveraging AI to support daily tasks/ Testing
• Good in English communication skill
