• Support SA/ Dev for analyzing and assessing impact business requirement which to be implement on Loan Origination Product, including but not limited to Loan Origination System for Retail Customer, Loan Origination System for Corporate Customer, Internal Credit Bureau System and other directly related systems in this domain
• Proactively offer solutions, investigate, collect and analyze business requests about this domain. Design Test Plan/ test case for development. Design processes, reports, charts and formulas for business understanding about business and operation rules related to this domain,
• Develop detailed documents, including analysis document, developing document, testcase, SOM documents of change requests for this domain.
• Manage vendors, services quality of vendors/other service providers related to this domain and take full responsibility on their services.
• Being responsible to verify & testing the hotfix and coordinate with other domain to resolve incidents and problems related to customer in this domain in a timely manner, which minimize the business lost.
• Support, consult QA Domain in building test case, script test for PT/ AT
• Proactively propose IT service process improvements, changes in system, business process changes related to this domain
• Manage project and BAU change lists, as well as department testing resources in each period, provide testing plans and resources to ensure compliance with requirements are processed according to priority level

Yêu cầu công việc

• Computer or Finance Bachelor degree and above
• 7+ year experience in Software development/ 5+ years’ experience in banking and similar lending domain
• Strong knowledge and ability to software testing
• Strong knowledge and ability to using test environments (e.g. Automation tests, Test management system, Bug tracking tool)
• Experience in documenting QA defined deliverables (e.g. Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases)
• Experiences in testing on IBM integration bus, SOAP, ISO message and payment hub
• Experiences in using SOAPUI tool for testing webservices and performance
• Strong knowledge about software development process (e.g CMMI, Agile)
