We are looking for experienced senior professionals to lead key functional workstreams during the build stage, reporting to the Project Director, and helping establish the capabilities, operating model and teams required for future scale.

Key Tasks

• Define technology strategy and target architecture for the initiative.
• Oversee end-to-end solution design and delivery (e.g. mobile, backend, API, data, cloud/DevOps).
• Lead and grow a high-performing technology team.
• Ensure secure, stable, scalable and efficient operations.
• Manage vendors, budget and delivery against strategic milestones.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate with core banking, payment and partner ecosystems.

Requirements & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in banking, fintech or large-scale digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, software engineering, cloud and DevOps.
• Proven track record in delivering complex digital programs.
• Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
