1. Infrastructure Automation & CI/CD

• Thiết kế, triển khai CI/CD pipeline cho hạ tầng IT

• Tự động hóa quản lý network devices, firewall rules, security policies

• Xây dựng và duy trì golden images (servers, VMs, containers)

• Tự động hóa provisioning, configuration, backup/restore và disaster recovery

2. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Phát triển IaC bằng Terraform, Ansible

• Quản lý source code hạ tầng với Git, GitOps

• Xây dựng reusable modules, templates

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ best practices, security standards

• Tối ưu quy trình triển khai hạ tầng

3. DevOps & Platform Engineering

• Triển khai và vận hành Kubernetes

• Quản lý CI/CD với Jenkins

• Quản lý secrets bằng HashiCorp Vault

• Vận hành Nexus Repository/Artifactory

• Xây dựng monitoring & alerting (Prometheus, Grafana)

• Tối ưu DevOps toolchain và quy trình

4. AI/ML Integration (≈10%)

• Tích hợp AI/ML vào automation và IT operations

• Xây dựng intelligent workflows, predictive analytics

• Nghiên cứu và triển khai AIOps

5. Application Development & Data

• Phát triển internal tools, web applications

• Xây dựng dashboards, reporting

• Thiết kế và quản lý databases

• Tích hợp APIs và web services

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Trình độ học vấn

• Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT, Điện tử Viễn thông, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc tương đương

Kinh nghiệm

• 3–5 năm Network/System/DevOps

• Kinh nghiệm automation & CI/CD trong doanh nghiệp lớn (ưu tiên ngân hàng/tài chính)

Kỹ năng chuyên môn bắt buộc

Automation & IaC

• Python automation

• Ansible, Terraform

• Git/GitOps

DevOps Tools

• Kubernetes, Jenkins

• HashiCorp Vault

• Grafana

• Nexus Repository/Artifactory

Network & Infrastructure

• TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN

• Thiết bị Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet

• Firewall, load balancer

Development

• Full-stack development

• Django/Flask/FastAPI hoặc Node.js/React

• REST APIs, microservices

• PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB
