Job Description

IT Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the annual IT budget; monitor spending and adjust variances.
  • Perform financial forecasting and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare periodic budget reports and ensure compliance with approval processes.

Software License Management

  • Centrally manage software licenses, track and audit usage.
  • Execute processes for requesting, allocating, and revoking licenses.

Vendor Payment Control

  • Review invoices and reconcile with contracts; establish approval controls.
  • Ensure timely payments, maintain documentation, and prepare periodic reports.

Infrastructure & Service Contract Management

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, monitor acceptance and handover.
  • Evaluate contract effectiveness and vendor performance.

Branch & ATM Network Infrastructure Management

  • Deploy and monitor LAN/WAN and telecommunications connectivity.
  • Coordinate new setups, relocations, and decommissioning of infrastructure; ensure continuous operations.

IT Operations Portfolio Management

  • Maintain and update operational data; support reporting and dashboards.
  • Track progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; major in Information Technology is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management or IT operations.
  • Experience in portfolio or task/workload management.
  • Experience in IT budget management, financial planning, and cost optimization at an enterprise scale.
  • Practical experience in contract management and acceptance processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational alignment.
  • Experience with incident management following ITIL is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of service portfolio management, SLA tracking, and operational reporting to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
  • Experience in data consolidation and reporting with large data volumes.
  • Experience in procurement, contract management, or finance.
  • Ability to communicate and write emails/documents in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI skills are a plus.
  • Good English proficiency for technical communication and working with international vendors/partners.
