Sales Team Leader - Unsecured Lending (Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh) - TA161

Job Description:

1. Planning

  • Participate in proposing and developing plans to implement direct sales activities within the assigned customer segments, products/services, and regions to meet budget and sales targets for both existing and new customers.
  • Build and manage sales funnels for each sales role within the team to ensure business targets are achieved.

2. Sales Execution

  • Lead sales staff in acquiring new customers through activities such as booth activation, roadshows, teabreak events, company presentations, QR code placement, ensuring alignment with each employee’s capability.
  • Implement marketing programs and promote product/service sales (cross-selling/upselling), optimizing approaches to potential customers to maximize business performance.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to processes, products, and documentation within the team.
  • Continuously improve sales scripts and methodologies.
  • Control the quality of sales dossiers submitted by sales staff; manage sales performance while ensuring compliance with sales regulations.
  • Manage and secure customer data in accordance with bank policies.
  • Prepare business performance reports and other reports as required by management.

3. Sales Supervision

  • Train and supervise staff to ensure compliance with processes and risk control requirements.
  • Monitor direct sales activities.
  • Oversee and evaluate sales staff performance based on KPIs.

4. Sales Force Development

  • Recruit, manage, and train employees to enhance team quality.
  • Maintain and update knowledge of products, services, processes, and sales procedures for both customers and the sales team.
  • Train and support new sales staff and those with low performance.

5. Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Center Director, Department Head, and in accordance with internal regulations from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Technology, or related fields.

2. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise

  • Knowledge of products/services, market trends, industry specifics, and individual customer needs in the banking and financial sector.
  • Understanding of banking practices, procedures, legal regulations, risk management policies, and operational processes related to business activities.
  • Ability to use customer information management systems (CRM).

3. Skills

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to identify customer needs; business acumen and sales opportunity recognition; active listening and effective response to customer inquiries while balancing customer benefits and bank requirements.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to gather information and analyze markets and potential customers; strong presentation and coaching skills; fast learning ability.
  • Planning, time management, and work management skills.

4. Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.

5. Required Competencies

  • Professional and confident demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
