Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate with related department (OPS, IT) for Cards, Payment & Unsecured business technology initiatives, projects;
  • Responsible for planning, preparing and implementing new project requirements, project management for center;
  • Responsible to analyze current system functionalities (various system), and drive product and other business owners to use, to create new product features/ revenue opportunities champions for various unsecured systems, card management system, LOS, T24
  • Think out of the box, propose new technology solutions for enhancing CVP, process & service delivery for business units.
  • Responsible for working with business owners (product, portfolio) to create new sales & acquisitions, risk, marketing project requirements
  • Responsible for working with related units to support solving arising issues/ risks of projects/ initiatives/ change requests
  • Responsible for liaise between business and technology to ensure the project delivering.
  • Responsible to drive implementation of all project with support from related units
  • Responsible for tracking, updating and reporting to managers on projects, initiatives progress, costs and issues
  • Responsible for training and coaching (including new project/ system basic knowledge, basic knowledge, functionality of the Bank System, projects & change request management) to enhance the knowledge of center staffs
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management

Job Requirement

  • University degree, preferably in economics, banking/finance/insurance/IT
  • Knowledge of Mortgage products.
  • Understanding digital products
  • Understanding of the market situation, banking products and services, especially retail banking.
  • Presentation and training skills
  • Communication skills
  • Teamwork skill
  • English skill
