1. Review, deploy and configure Callbot Chatbot system base on guideline and go live checklist. Customize or add new feature base on BU requirements.
2. Provide L2 support on production
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
4. Monitor, operating the platform, application, and system
5. Backup, achieve
6. Maintain the platform and system
7. Define SLA, OLA
8. Training for L1 support and other members
9. Create operation guideline documents
10. Turning the platform and system

• 3+ years’ experience with database software/web applications
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Technology
• High Availability Experience
• Understanding of the operation, the nature and scale of the VPBank's business

• Advanced Knowledge about AIX& JBOSS
• Experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and managing production infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation…
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB;
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline and monitoring/logging stack namely ELK, Promtail, Loki…
• Java/Enterprise application performance tuning and best practices
• Expected to have a scripting knowledge using Bash, Powershell and Python.
