Executive CX Insights – HCM – TA050

Executive CX Insights is responsible for:

• Designing, executing gathering customer feedback through surveys to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
• Work with the CX OPS team and other departments to implement customer experience initiatives and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Assist in analyzing customer data and trends to support the development of strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction if any.
• Managing and ensuring that designated projects are completed in a timely and professional manner      

1. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Strong interest in customer service and the banking industry
• Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive behavior includes informal socializing, networking, marketing and so on.

3. Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Relevant Experience

• At least 1 year of quantitative research/ or customer experience
