Job Description

- Provide analysis, assessment and implementation plans for many solutions/initiatives of digitizing/ automating from appraisal processes to risk management based on loan origination ecosystem, for the sake of increasing the efficiency & stability of the system over time to help create breakthrough values in those two strategic areas, retail banking & household business.

- Evaluate & control the procedure of analyzing & digitizing all business requirements from related BUs in order to request internal resource, IT and/or vendor to develop processes, functionalities on systems

- Interpret what credit risk system & what new age technology innovations (like external data & e-KYC) can offer to design & execute implementation plans

- Do research new Fintech solutions, review the results of feasibility study & prepare plans for pilot & implementation

- Consult, allocate resources and/or participate in high-technology projects

- Be responsible for management reporting for upper level regarding digital/auto approval process.

- Be responsible for working with high-levels of other departments to solve problem/issues with IT projects, Fintech vendor management and conflicts in processes.

- Recruit, develop & retain a specialized team which capable of doing in-depth business analysis, system algorithm design and process control and aim for the improvement & expansion of auto approval process.

- Train or direct team members towards (1) habit of update latest technology & user trend in financial market, (2) problem solving skills, (3) cost-benefit analysis, (4) design thinking, (5) creative thinking and (6) efficient time management.

Job Requirement

Background

- Fluent English (Report directly to Head of Retail Risk - Foreigner)

- At least 4 years experience in retail banking, experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project management.

- Experience in working with Policy Implementation, Loan Origination System or Risk Decision Engines

- Savvy in data and analytics, analytical, judgmental thinking

- Managing experience, teams of 8-10 staffs.

- Strong organization and coordination skills, can deliver team tasks on time.

- Project management experience

- Good personal skills, Good communication skills
