1. Agile product development & Responsible for designing digital product/ experience according to Customers journey
2. Responsible for working with business owners (product, portfolio) to create new sales & acquisitions, risk, marketing project requirements
3. Responsible for working with related units to support solving arising issues/ risks of projects/ initiatives/ change requests
4. Responsible for training and coaching (including new project/ system basic knowledge, basic knowledge, functionality of the Bank System, projects & change request management) to enhance the knowledge of center staffs
5. Responsible to analyze current system functionalities (various system), and drive product and other business owners to use, to create new product features/ revenue opportunities champions for various unsecured systems, card management system, LOS, T24
6. Think out of the box, propose new digital solutions/ journeys for enhancing CVP, process & service delivery for business units.
7. Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management
1. Educational Qualifications
- University degree in economics / banking / finance / IT
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Experience in project management/ product development, especially in digitalizing products/journey, related to retail credit card & consumer lending products
- Knowledge of Banking core system and business, product understanding
- Understanding Agile principles, practices and scrum methodologies
3. Skills

4. Relevant Experience
- Have practical experience in product development/ managing projects/ change request for CC, unsecured business
