Job Description

  • Develop and execute content strategies to promote new features and product updates across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deeply understand user needs and translate product capabilities into engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage media plans to effectively reach target audiences and support business goals.
  • Produce high-quality marketing materials including product videos, feature explainers, blog articles, social media content, landing pages, and in-app messaging.
  • Analyze performance data and user feedback to continuously optimize marketing content and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovative marketing approaches.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing or content marketing roles, preferably in tech or digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling content and manage end-to-end campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with digital media planning and performance tracking tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
