Job Description

  • Focal point of IT to receive from FM-ALM division’s centers (BSM, FX sales, FMP, FX, FI…), backup support to receive from FIN, HR division’s centers and manage the change request documentation throughout to implementation (in mini-PM for change request).
  • Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, which may across domain, such as Digital Banking, Workflow and Business Process, Core banking, Data and Reporting, etc.
  • Consult, support end-users and suggest new optimized business processes required to fulfill business requirements.
  • Co-ordinate internal IT teams (EA, IT Sec, IT Infra, IT SOs) to provide BU end-end solutions for their demands.
  • Document all Business processes, dashboards, business rules which capture all business requirements in the BRD document clearly.
  • Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and quality manner.
  • Study and understand the capability of VPBank’s core systems, such as Digital Banking Platform (NEO, NEO Biz, CMP, SCE, Trading, FIX pricing, SME connect, Kondor, ECM/BPM, Core Banking T24, etc…).
  • Consult, support end-users, business units with incidents/requests regarding business processes which have been implemented.
  • Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/Team about the business processes which are critical within a business domain.
  • Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Department or Project Management (in project scope).
  • Business Requirement Analysis: Work with business units to collect and clarify business needs.
  • Product Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize backlog items based on business value and feasibility.
  • Solution Consultation: Align with BA/SA and IT Architect to define optimal IT solutions.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure all stakeholders understand scope, goals, and priorities.
  • Sprint Planning Participation: Clarify backlog items during planning; support effort estimation.
  • Delivery Monitoring: Track progress, handle blockers, and support delivery teams.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support users in UAT execution and validate test results.
  • Release Readiness & Deployment Coordination: Prepare training, data, and go-live materials; coordinate rollout.
  • Post-Implementation Review: Collect feedback and assess performance after deployment.
  • Continuous Product Improvement: Refine features and roadmap based on feedback and performance.

Job Requirement

1. Trình độ Học vấn (Educational Qualifications)

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.

2. Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan (Relevant Experience)

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working in the banking domain, preferably in areas such as Digital banking system, Document Workflow System, Core banking system.
  • Strong domain knowledge with the ability to quickly understand and analyze various banking products, business processes, and regulatory rules across different business lines (Retail, Corporate, Finance, Risk, Compliance, etc).
  • Proven experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and/or System Requirement Specifications (SRS) for banking systems, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to use modeling and case tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect, Visio) to analyze, design, and communicate complex business and system processes.
  • Practical experience in working with banking systems and platforms, such as Digital Banking System, Core banking system (Kondor, T24), Loan Origination System, Document Management System (ECM/BPM), and other workflow-based systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, assess impacts, and recommend effective solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise software, digital platforms, and banking applications used internally by business users or externally by customers, enabling effective solution design and user-centered thinking.

  • Solid understanding of the business application lifecycle and practical experience in system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Working knowledge of banking applications and platforms, including both business-facing and customer-facing systems.
  • Familiarity with the technology stack and infrastructure supporting enterprise banking applications (e.g., database, middleware, APIs, cloud services).
