1. Organize and plan the process of CR
- Make a general plan for CR and project evaluation according to eachrelease period.
- Promote go-liveplanning for each change requests.
- Plan/coordinate a pre-CABmeeting (working level discuss) to assess the impact of the project andimportant CR.
- Plan to review and evaluate go-live results at each release period.

2. BAU Responsibilities
- Analyzeand evaluate the impact of CR on Customers, Business Units, IT systems before implementationin Production environment, according to VPBank Change Management process.
- Participatein the incident and CR go-live fail review meetings to find the root cause andlesson learnt for next CR.
- Toconduct CAB meetings for approval from stakeholders and co-ordinate with therequesters.
- Implementgo live approval for eligible CRs, ensuring to minimize negative impacts andincidents caused by the change.
- Summarizeassessment of go live activities in the period and build lessons learned forcases of go live failure, causing incident.
- Contributing,analyzing the weak points in the Change Management process, and guiding theimplementation to come up with ideas for improvement.
3. Handles escalated issues; identifies theroot cause of failed changes
- Recommend annual process improvements.
- Document lesson learned and share with the team.
1. Trình độ Học vấn/ Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Banking, IT; ITIL certification ispreferable

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Knowledge orability to learn in IT fields (including but not limited to): IT Operations& Development, IT infrastructure, Applications and/or databases, securityinformation. Having knowledge about Banking and Finance, information technology,risk management.
- Knowledge of ITproducts, services & applications in the Banking and Finance industry
- Knowledge of ITIL,Agile, CMDB is an advantage.
- Experience inChange Management
