- Review weaknesses in the current collection procedures/ system from which to propose solutions to improve and increase debt recovery efficiency.
- Proposes to pilot new collection strategies/incentive policies to motivate employee.
- Update the changes, trends, and new programs on the market from which to study and proposed innovation that can be applied to VPBank in collection activities.
- Updating the changes of the law to make proposals to change the current procedures/system to suit the provisions of the law in each period.
- Mainly responsible to review the performance of VPBank's Collection outsourcing and find the weaknesses in the operations or Procedure and improve it.
- Follows and management the collection performance when the performance is low. Find the issue and propose the solution for Head of Retail Risk and Head of early collection.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement projects/applications to support collection activities.
