Senior IT Operator - TA171

• Ensure any integration functional, system compliance, security requirements.
• Release requirements to production
• Make, define SLA, OLA agreement
• Provide L2 support on production
• Supervise the production in support business operations.
• Resolve issues/incident/problem within a timely manner against SLA requirements
• Improve outage response by aligning with customers service initiatives.
• Compile and maintain inventory of software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements.
• Confirm operation documents and scripts delivered by partners

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• 2+ years’ experience Application Support Experience
• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent software-engineering role.
• 1+ years’ experience with SQL/NoSQL
• Backup / High Availability Experience
• Understanding of the operation, the nature and scale of the Banking sector
• Have analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in network, server, automation scripting and application-status monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and tools: Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus, CircleCI, GitLabCI, Ansible, etc.
• Experience with containerization platforms and technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Expected to have a working knowledge of programming skills. Common programs includes Java, Python
