Along with the "Dynamic change for success", these past few years VPBank received strong supports from The Board of Directors and company's staffs, thus led to rapid growth in internal culture activities. For example, the birth of internal website at http://web.vpb.com.vn and internal newspaper "VPBank News". The news is published once a month with constant updated informations, exploiting on all business, service, customer, quality and brand area.
Besides, VPBank also holds internal contests and competitions to celebrate holidays, anniversaries for staffs such as Women's Day, Valentine, Children's Day, etc... with many interesting and creative events like best picture contest, puzzle competition.
In 2011 and up coming years, VPBank continue to push the internal culture enhancement progress along with missions for system transforming, creating and developing network, customers growth, etc...
