1. Key responsibilities
- Setting collection KPls by stages, products, centers etc. Setting operational benchmarks
- Analyze collection performance, propose points of improvement in strategy and operations
- Improve Retail collection strategies, propose and organize collection srategy pilots. Initiate champion-challenger pilots in Retail collections - propose pilots, align with Collection centers, organize implementation, and review the resuits.
- Review efficiency of collection systems and processes. Propose improvements to increase automation level, increase productivity and transparency of collection operations
- Do audits of collecton operations, provide feedback to Collection Head and Head of RR with đetected issues in execution of collection strategies, and suggestions to improve the discipline.
- Set reporting standards for collections.
- Review third parties performance —outsource agencies, auctions, skip tracing, partners etc. Propose changes in cooperation with third parties.
- Align collection headcount budgets.
- Particjpate or lead projects related to debt collections, like debt sale, collateral seizure etc.
- Build collection strategy team with strong expertise, motivation and on time deliveries.
- Day to day staff management.

Reporting participation
Report directly to Head of Retail Risk
- Fluent English (Report directly to Head of Retail Risk - Foreigner)
- At least 4 years experience in retail banking, 2 of them in retail collections strategy.
- Understanding of collection process and tools - both secured and unsecured, early and late collection
- Analytical, judgmental thinking
- Managing experience, small teams of 3-5 staffs.
- Strong organization and coordination skills, can deliver team tasks on time.
- Good personal skills, Good communication skills
