Administer Microsoft Office 365 (O365) for all user of VPBank, to ensure that internal user have O365 mail account, in right group unit.

Manage all domain policy of VPBank, and internal web portal

Manage procedure about domain policy of VPBank

Support technical for end users of VPBank, to ensure requests from users are processed in SLA

Receive elevation from outsourcing partner, execute processing incident about terminal and User support

Manage contract, licenses, service quality and major of vendors: O365, Microsoft Azure, SCCM, 

Do training of technology transferring, training of technical major according to each period.

Manage, setup devices in Regional Centers

Take responsibility of making KRI report about IT infrastructure at the bank ‘s branches ( PC, Server, Network)

Operation, deployment, and maintenance of the wide area network (WAN), including network devices and transmission channels to serve the connectivity needs of all branches, ATMs/CDMs, LANs (branches, buildings), and Wireless within the scope of the bank

Manage outsourcing vendor to check the manually installation of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) application

        Educational Qualifications

• University degree or higher and trained and experienced in information technology and software testing

2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có

       Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• CCNA, CCNP certificate
• Experience in PC, domain, LAN, WAN, ITIL, SCCM, Server, …

• Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts.
• Soft skills: team work, communication, negotiation, leadership …
• Office skills: Microsoft word, excel,…

4. Các kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience

• At least 3 years working as IT support teamlead ( > 3 members), vendor management, procedure management

• Understanding of bank business processes and constraints.
• Knowing some kind of relationship databases.
