- Lead the creation or evolution of the enterprise architecture program/function

- Determine the relationship between people, processes, information, technology and things of the enterprise, and their relationships to one another and to the external environment.
- Work with business peers to develop and present business capability models and roadmaps to facilitate discussion and decision making with stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Lead analysis of the business' future-state capabilities and future (and current) IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement and driving the business forward.

1. Trình độ Học vấn/ Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Banking, IT; ITIL certification is preferable

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Knowledge or ability to learn in IT fields (including but not limited to): IT Operations & Development, IT infrastructure, Applications and/or databases, security information. Having knowledge about Banking and Finance, information technology, risk management.
- Knowledge of IT products, services & applications in the Banking and Finance industry
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, CMDB is an advantage
- Experience in Change Management

- Total 3 to 5 years of experience and at least 2 years of experience in change management,
- Working experience in the IT department of the financial and banking industry is an advantage.
