- Daily health check: Check ERP system availability, connect to satellite system, check daily backup database
- Monitor job activity, handle related incidents
- Support decentralization, control user rights on the system
- Monitor system performance, optimize parameters.
- Assist in the implementation of development requirements
- Support ticket L2 (Request for support from users)
- Deployment source code
Trình độ Học vấn
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required
Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience
More 3 years of IT and business/industry work
Maintenance and support experience, and detailed/comprehensive understanding of the business support solution or similar enterprise application (SAP ERP)

Knowledge of databases: SybaseASE, SAP HANA..
Knowledge of applications: SAP R/3, SAP portal, SAP S4/HANA, SAP fiori.
Knowledge of Operation system: Linux RedHat, Ubuntu…
