1. Planning
   - Implementation planning
   - Resource planning
2. Collaborate with all relevant teams at IT to follow up with the plan to ensure stability of process and quality of deliverables.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
4. Identify critical issues ly; evaluate the impact and determine the root cause, then report appropriate recommendations to manager
5. Change/innovation:
   - Proactively adjust task plan and resource plan in accordance with actual implementation (without changing the main milestones of the CRs)
6. People agenda
   - Responsible for coordinating IT resouces to ensure implementation progress.
   - Train or guide other team members to ensure uniformity in technology skills/soft skill
   - Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on specific domain of banking operation

1. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Graduated with Good/Very Good bachelor’s degree majoring in IT/Electronics/Applied Mathematics, Foreign Language Banking from top universities (Ha Noi University of Science and Technology, HCM City Univeristy of Technology, The University of Engineering and Technology, Foreign Trade University, Banking Academy of VietNam, ... or the top universities in developed countries)
• Having basic knowledge about cloud computing is an advantage.
• Having expericense in IT project management is an advantage

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Understanding of IT operation (Application monitoring & maintenance, Infrastructure, Security, …)  
• Understanding IT and their interrelation with business
• Knowledge in multiple banking domains. 

3. Skills

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills
• Analytical skills and ability to translate IT technical topics to business audiences.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Leadership skills, highly self-driven with proactive mindset
• Excellent MS-Office skills, especially MS Power Point

4. Relevant Experience

• Experience in software development management or project management.
• Experience in Banking domain 

5. Other

• Willing to travel on weekly/ monthly basis (Hanoi, HCM city)
