- Practical experience in working with banking systems and platforms, such as Digital Banking System, Core banking system (Kondor, T24), Loan Origination System, Document Management System (ECM/BPM), and other workflow-based systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, assess impacts, and recommend effective solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise software, digital platforms, and banking applications used internally by business users or externally by customers, enabling effective solution design and user-centered thinking.
