1. Educational Qualifications
- University degreeor higher degree in one of the following majors: Banking, finance, business administration, investment,insurance, real estate, securities or other related majors
- Candidates who have graduated from abroad and haveexperience in supporting RM of priority customer and ultra/high-net-worth customer will be stronglypreferred
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Possesses knowledge inthe fields of finance, banking, market economy, investment, insurance, real estate, securities, financialmarkets... and related legal principles and regulations knowledge
- Understanding of financial - banking products and services, specializedservices for priority customers and priority/HNW/UHNW individual customers
3. Skills
- Good inter-personal skills, open and approachable
- Good in caring priority/HNW/UHNW customer andbuilding relationships
- Ability to organize, manage workeffectively, and solve problems well
- Good at office information technology
4. Relevant Experience
- Have atleast 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, high-end real estate, investment, etc… or seniorcustomer service positions in the Real Estate, Securities, Automotive, Hospitality industries
- At least 02 years of experience managing and serving priority/HNW/UHNW individuals customers in thefields of finance/banking/investment/insurance/travel/hotel/real estate/stock/financial investment, etc…
5. Required Competencies
- Understanding of products and services forpriority/HNW/UHNW customers
- Have good understanding of investment products, financial markets, insurance, real estate, corporate finance and governance, etc…
- Have good attitude and understanding ofpriority/HNW/UHNW customers
