Project manager - PM oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects within VPBank. PM acts as the crucial point of contact,coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects meet objectives and stakeholders’ expectations. PM role contributes to efficient project execution, alignment with organizational goals, and successful project outcomes.

-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system meets business needs.

-Defineplan, manage, and coordinate resources to ensure projects are successfully delivered (on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards.)

-Report progress, results, and project-related issues to leadership and stakeholders

-Coordinate information and activities with other business units within the bank to getin-time support and cooperation to complete tasks and ensure communication to internal parties for support

-Ensures communication on projects and influences other stakeholders at department manager level

-Minimize risks and ly address any issues that arise during project execution.

-Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field

-Minimum of 5 years working as Project Manager in software development and software implementation

-Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 3 years;

-PMP certification is preferred.

-Understanding of IT fields and its process as well as their interrelation with business

-Have experience in the back-office applications and processes, e.g. ERP, HR, Purcument, budting and workflows

-Have experience on integration between multi system in the bank: T24, Way4, ERP…

-Understand business needs

-Understand software development life cycle (SDLC)

-Good understanding inproject management methodology: Agile/ Scrum/ Waterfall
