STRATEGY AND PLANNING DEVELOPMENT
- Develop bottom-up business strategies and plans for the Block by product/segment, including personnel planning and operating expenses.
- Calculate and allocate plans by product/segment and cost plans to the Block's directly affiliated units (including HO units and over 300 business units).
- Propose appropriate targets for the business management of business units.
KPIs AND BUSINESS POLICY DEVELOPMENT
- Develop and issue the KPI system for HO units, business units, and direct sales management personnel under the Block.
- Develop, operate, and manage the mechanism for evaluating and ranking branches.
BUSINESS COORDINATION
- Address inquiries from business units regarding sales orientation and appropriate sales plans to optimize business.
- Analyze and evaluate business plans and financial forecasts as required by management levels.
