Key responsibilities:
1. Directly support in completing the following tasks:
- Develop action plans related to data architecture, and related strategic initiatives.
- Build and approve operating procedures, accompanying professional documentation for data reporting service products
2. Take on the main role in executing:
- Propose target data architecture for specific requirements of NDAP Project - Logical/Physical design phase
- Implement platform features for Next Gen Data & Analytics Platform of VPBank focusing on LakeHouse, Data Orchestration, Data Exchange and Data Federated Query Engine
- Coordinate with internal teams in the EDA block as well as relevant units during the implementation of data-related initiatives (CR/Projects) - Deployment phase
- Indirectly support in completing the following tasks:
- Propose target data architecture standards for VPBank (Enterprise Data Architecture) - Conceptual design phase
- Regularly/Ad-hoc consult with the leadership team on technology trends related to Data for selecting suitable solutions for VPBank.
3. Indirectly support in completing the following tasks:
- Establish a mechanism for quality control. Monitor the approval of task execution results.
4. Measure and continuously improve processes and labor productivity efficiency of the team
5. Fulfill the role of the main lead in the execution of:
- Build development, delegate tasks, and manage the professional team on
- Executing Data Architecture
6. Play a leading role in execution:
- Implement specific projects as directed by the leadership team.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 03 years in the field of data management/administration/architecture/reporting/analysis/machine learning
- Basic experience in designing and implementing data solutions
- Practical experience in implementing data management and analysis programs
- Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and/or data analysis
- Collaborative deployment and management of technology partners.
- Basic knowledge of data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse...)
- Fundamental understanding of data management, data governance, data integration, and database development techniques
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, including data modeling techniques such as 3NF Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault Modeling, No-SQL Modeling
- Proficiency in various database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Hadoop...)
- Good understanding of data processing technologies (e.g., ETL/ELT technologies; data exploration languages such as Spark/Python/Scala..)
- Core Competencies: Strong logical reasoning, communication, teamwork, data programming, project/time management, analytical problem-solving, English proficiency, and continuous learning with practical tech application.
