- Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements, advocate for changes, and implement best practices. Enhance service reliability, scalability, and availability through automation and process improvements.
- Monitor key operational metrics such as system uptime, incident resolution time, service request completion rate, and customer satisfaction scores to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Define and execute a roadmap to achieve service operations objectives under multiple constraints. Ensure alignment with other departments and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions efficiently.
- Balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals, making informed decisions based on data and stakeholder input. Prioritizing an urgent system patch to mitigate security risks while aligning it with a long-term infrastructure upgrade plan to optimize resource allocation.

1. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Good in one or more coding languages, preferably Java or .NET.
- Good at Integration principle, especially common service integration protocol: SFTP, API (Restful, GraphQL,..), data stream, event stream...
3. Skills
- Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of the team.
- Strong automation scripting skills.
- Be able to work independently with high pressure, good in teamwork.
- Careful, responsible, and secure in protecting information/data belong to Bank.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information, and to draw conclusions.
4. Relevant Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent software-engineering role.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering which includes 4+ years of experience in banking industry of financial organization, special Core Banking, LOS Domain.
- Good knowledge of risk management principles, methodology and practice.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and tools: Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus, CircleCI, GitLabCI, Ansible, etc.
- Experience with both on premises and public cloud environment.
- Experience with containerization platforms and technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
