1. Product Development & Execution – Unsecured Lending
- Act as the key coordinator to implement initiatives related to personal loans, credit cards, and unsecured overdraft products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant product launches.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and propose enhancements based on data insights and market feedback.
2. Business Strategy & Growth Planning
- Support the Head of Center in developing business strategies for the unsecured lending segment, including growth plans, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports and presentation materials for senior management meetings.
3. Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Assist in managing digital transformation projects related to unsecured lending (e.g., automated approval flows, digital onboarding, system integration).
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Propose technology-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
4. Cross-functional Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Head of Center and internal departments to ensure clear and effective information flow.
- Coordinate meetings, consolidate feedback, and follow up on action items.
- Support external engagements with partners or regulators when required.
5. Executive Support & Administrative Tasks
- Manage the director’s schedule, prepare documents, and provide logistical support for meetings and events.
- Assist in budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and ad-hoc assignments as delegated by the Head of Center.

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
