1. Act as the functional expert for the managed systems in order to provide the technical solution end to end, which will then be implemented by development team.
2. Understand BRD, lead and work with peers to provide technical solution end to end, and clearly document the technical solution.
3. Improve stability of integration systems:
4. Investigate and troubleshoot for issues, incidents and problems of application as level 3 support
5. Participate in the dedicated Projects/CRs as System Analyst role at a given time, fulfill Projects/CRs requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
6. Coordinates to resolve the incident/problem to make the system stable
7. Research new technology/technical solution; present to internal Domain and propose to apply for Business requirement fulfillment
8. Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/team system functionalities
9. Ensuring the delivery of new products, requirements or services from BU requirements is to the appropriate level of quality, on time.
10. Manage a sub team to ensure the requirements release to product on time.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• At least 3+ years’ experience working in software development and integrations.
• Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
• Experience with banking systems such as Integration System (middleware), Core banking, Internet Banking, Card,...
• Teamwork, careful, attention to detail, logical thinking
• Communication, negotiation, and problem solving
• An understanding of bank business processes and constraints
• Able to explain to business and IT peers and get buy-in why it's more efficient to adapt business process to fit best practice of standard application capabilities than customizing the application
• Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts.
• Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends

• Comfortable in communicating and writing in English
• Can work as an individual or as a team member, under stressful conditions, good teamwork attitude
• Responsible, Proactive and Ethical about company’s data assets
