1) IT Project Governance:
- Developing and Implementing IT Project Governance standards: Creating and maintaining the structure, policies, procedures, templates, and guidelines for IT project management.
- Ensuring project documentation is compliant with governance standards.
- Standardizing Project Delivery: Promoting and supporting standardized project management practices across the organization.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring projects adhere to relevant VPBank regulatory requirements, as well as internal controls and policies.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers, business leaders, and subject matter experts, to ensure alignment and effective governance.
- Change Management: Identifying opportunities to improve project governance processes and practices. Leading change management initiatives related to the adoption of new governance processes and tools
2) Training and Development:
- Providing Guidance and Support: Offering expert advice and support to IT project managers and teams on governance matters.
- Contributing to the development and training of IT project managers and teams on governance best practices
3) Reporting:
- Establish the dashboard and report principles in IT portfolio/project management to monitor/track the overall progress in IT project delivery, mapping with KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations, and results.
- Setting up tools and reporting system to centralize the project reports.
- Report periodically to Head of IT-PMO, Center Heads and CIO/DCIO on the portfolios/project’s health status.
- Represent IT Division to provide the regular report (Annual, Half-year, monthly) on project matter.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PfMP are advantages.
