Senior DevOps Engineer - Hà Nội - TA150

• Review, deploy and configure Callbot Chatbot system base on guideline and go live checklist. Customize or add new feature base on BU requirements.
• Provide L2 support on production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements.
• Monitor, operating the platform, application, and system.
• Backup, achieve.
• Maintain the platform and system.
• Define SLA, OLA.
• Training for L1 support and other members.
• Create operation guideline documents.
• Turning the platform and system

1. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Operating experience with application server like Apache Tomcat or Nginx.
• Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Grafana, Prometheus, Logstash.
• Experience working with Window, Linux operating system.
• Experience working with AWS.
• Experience working with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• At least 5 years’s experience working with DotNet core.
• At least 3 years’ experience working with Laravel.
• Experience working with Nodejs and Reactjs is an advantage.
• Operating experience with message queue system like RabitMQ, ActiveMQ.
• Familiar with web/application servers using Load Balancing model.
• Familiar with CI/CD tool like GIT.
