 JOB PURPOSE

- Deploy and config application into production;

- Monitoring, operating application on production to pro-actively identify issue/problem/improvement on production then analyze the root cause and apply fix to resolve issue/problem/improvement;

- Provide L2 support on production in parallel training for L1 support;

- Maintaining, backup, achieve and keep platform and system up to date.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

- Review, deploy and configure application base on guideline and go live checklist.

 - Provide L2 support on production.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements.

- Monitor, operating the platform, application, and system.

- Backup, achieve.

- Maintain the platform and system.

- Training for L1 support and other members.

1.  Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience.

2.  Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise:

- Operating experience with Payment Channel like Citad Payment, VCB Money, VTB Payment, SWIFT Payment…;

- Operating experience with application server like Apache Tomcat or similarly;

- Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic search, Logstash;

- Experience working with Redhat, Linux, Window;

- Experience working with MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle;

- Familiar with web/application servers using Load Balancing model.

3.  Skills

- Ability in English reading and writing (mandatory), and speaking, listening (preferable);

- Teamwork, careful, attention to detail, logical thinking;

- Self-development;

- Communication, negotiation, and problem solving.

4.  Relevant Experience: 

- Banking domain experiences;

- DevOps experiences.
