Collection BI Dept (COD)

1. Build Reporting System and Tracking Tools

• Building reports system and tracking tool regularly by date, week, month, quarter and ad-hoc reports or data requests on demand about business results of business units, operation result tracking by product department, customer segment, bucket group, etc.

• Responsible for continuing to improve the process of calculation & payment for all payment programs to shorten turn-around-time (TAT) to increase motivation effects of those programs to business units.

• Responsible for data collection, development and implementation analysis to provide insight for supporting decision-making process of manager level of business unit.

2. Participate in Bank Projects

• Participation on bank projects, Collection Centers on role of providing data and reports, support projects and advising projects about data side.

• Supporting/advising business units and other departments of Collection Centers in developing appropriate policies/rules/methods in each period.

• Proactive discussion with managers of Collection Centers to catch up business problems and provide insights at the right time.

3. Training and Coaching

• Training, coaching (including sales knowledge, field sales training, basic skill of verification) about data and reporting to promote the data-driven decision-making process of the center.

4. Other Tasks

• Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management.

1. Educational Qualifications

• University degree in economics / banking / finance / IT.

2. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise

• Knowledge of banking, products, services, business model, collection area.
• Knowledge of data systems, Business Intelligence systems.

3. Skills

• Problem-solving skills in a creative way.
• Business communication, can use English.
• Data management tools skill (SQL, Oracle…).
• Reporting & analytics skills using multiple tools (Excel, BI tools, R…).

4. Relevant Experience

• Have at least 3 years and above practical experience in managing BI systems for banking, collection area.

5. Required Competencies
