Job Description

Card attrition management

  • Implement attrition activities relating to card renewal and upsell for existing customer.
  • Manage periodic reports relating to attrition rate and retention activities.
  • Coordinate with supporting unit to ensure customer experience and reduce attrition rate.
  • Perform analysis relating to product, customer, market, etc, to build up retention strategy.
  • Support business units in issues of policy and operating process.

System management

  • Manage and control system and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Enhance existing process using automation and digitization.

Job Requirement

Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with portfolio/attrition management, process enhancement, system management. At least 3 years in credit card portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of credit card and other banking products/services, Retail Banking market, Card business model, and customer needs.

Skills:

  • Language requirement: English.
  • Strong demonstration of interpersonal and communication skills with internal partners and external contacts and partners.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation.
